We begin our Goddess event by joining together in a sisterhood circle for a delicious Cup of Cacao (Nature's BLISS and ENERGY liberator!) - 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘉𝘠𝘖 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘦𝘳.
𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗢𝗗𝗜𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧:
You will then be guided through some divine embodiment dance moves to awaken your inner goddess, before we turn up the music, turn on the party lights and hit the floor like we hit the club -unleashing your inner diva for some FUN!!

We then end the night in total relaxation with a Sound Shower of crystal singing bowls! You'll leave shining from the inside out.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:
Water
An exercise Mat/ something to lay on for the sound shower at the end
Option to BYO drink for the circle at the start
Bring your inner Goddess and let her shine!

Bare feet, and any outfit that makes you feel like a *QUEEN*!
*** Please note that Cacao is a contraindication if you have a heart condition (as Cacao properties increase the heart rate), have high blood pressure, are taking anti-depressants or other medications affecting heart rate or mental function. Speak to your medical professional to ensure CACAO is safe for you.**
As Cacao increases the heart rate, for those who have anxiety, are sensitive to caffeine / sugar or who are particularly sensitive to food/drinks in general - it is recommended to only have a small amount of Cacao, listen to your body.
