Perfect for the beginner, and those who feel they are holding tension, tightness or stress in their bodies.
This session has been created to help you wind down, and melt into ease.
What you’ll need:
A comfortable place where you can lay down and stretch. Either on a Yoga mat, or your bedroom floor!
A pillow (or two), or if you have one - a yoga bolster (although this isn’t necessary). Psst - I have these available in my online store!
A computer or laptop, with access to Zoom.
45minutes to yourself.. to wind down.. and relax!
